Background
Gary graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1981. Following his call to the bar, Gary started his own firm, but soon joined a firm of real estate lawyers, where he grew his practice concentrated on real estate law. Gary worked for developers doing subdivisions and condominiums, as well as all other aspects of real estate law. Prior to joining Owens Wright LLP, in 2021, Gary practiced for over 20 years at a firm where he was a named partner.
Gary now practices primarily commercial real estate law, in the area of purchases, sales and financing. He acts for condominium developers in the preparation of condominium documents, development work, and closing of unit sales. Gary also acts for a number of private lenders in providing secured financing.
