Dawn Michaeloff is a real estate lawyer who focuses on acquisitions, dispositions and commercial leasing. Dawn also has extensive risk management experience and is the author of “Insurance and Risk Management in Commercial Leasing”, a practical guide on insurance and related topics in the context of commercial leasing that was published in 2009 and remains in publication by Thomson Reuters. With broad in-house experience from two major Canadian landlords, she has a practical, results-oriented approach and understands business practicalities, corporate goals and expectations.
