Background

Rojin maintains a broad and developing transactional practice which encompasses all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity financings and corporate reorganizations. Prior to joining Owens Wright LLP, Rojin practised at a prominent mid-sized firm on Bay Street.

Rojin holds a Canadian JD from the University of Windsor and an American JD from the University of Detroit Mercy Law, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. While at law school, Rojin co-chaired the Career Development Advisory Committee, and as the recipient of the 2016 Windsor Law Social Justice Fellowship, she advocated for environmental justice at the Great Lakes Environmental Law Centre in Michigan. Rojin was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019.
