Background

Paul A. Jacoby is an associate in the Litigation Group at Owens Wright LLP. His litigation practice focuses on corporate commercial, real estate, and construction disputes. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the law, Paul is able to draw on the strengths of his clients’ matters to achieve the best possible result.

Paul was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022 and obtained his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University in 2021. Having articled and worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm, he has represented clients in the Superior Court of Justice and has assisted with matters before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Canada.

While at Queen’s University, Paul was an active member of several organizations, including Pro Bono Students Canada and Queen’s Legal Aid, where he served as a Project Lead and Caseworker respectively.

Away from the office, Paul enjoys spending time with friends and family, exercising, and catching NFL games. Paul is passionate about traveling and experiencing new cultures. He is able to communicate with clients in French and Spanish.
