Background

Louis Gasbarre is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate and Condominium departments at Owens Wright LLP and joined the firm in June 2025.

His commercial real estate practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, development and eventual sale of condominium, modular homes and subdivision housing. Louis frequently works with developer/builders, financial institutions and condominium managers, advising on multi-residential, modular homes, commercial and office developments throughout the Province of Ontario.

Within the development strata, his practice extends to construction financing, planning applications, working with various governmental authorities, site plan and subdivision registration, easements, formation and implementation of various corporate structures including co-ownerships, joint ventures, general partnerships and limited partnerships.
