Background

Hayden Trbizan is an associate in the Litigation Group at Owens Wright LLP. His litigation practice focuses on corporate commercial, real estate, and construction disputes. Hayden adopts an assiduous and collaborative approach to dispute resolution, with the agility to accommodate a broad range of clients and their specific needs.

Hayden obtained both a Canadian and American J.D. from the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy in 2020. While in law school, he served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Judge Michael Servitto at the 16th Circuit Court of Michigan, where he gained a unique perspective of the judicial process. Hayden also volunteered at Windsor’s Legal Aid Clinic, where he advocated in a variety of criminal and civil cases.

He spends his spare time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, and playing the guitar. Hayden also keeps up an active lifestyle through hockey, golf, and snowboarding.
