Background

Warren practices in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities law and also advises clients on trademarks matters. He has worked on a number of transactions including institutional financings, Qualifying Transactions for Capital Pool Companies, and the purchase and sale of businesses.

Warren joined Owens, Wright as an associate in 2008 after articling with the firm. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008. Warren graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2004 and received his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007.
