Nathan is a partner with the firm. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) in 1993 and an LL.B in 1996, and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1998.

Nathan represents a variety of lenders in secured lending transactions and structured loan transactions, including syndicated (for both lead agents and participants) and asset based financings. He also has a large technology practice, representing managed service providers and software companies and a general corporate practice advising international clients.
