Lisa graduated from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 2004 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005. Prior to joining Owens, Wright LLP, Lisa articled and practiced with a national law firm.

Lisa's practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and drafting of a variety of commercial agreements. Lisa also provides services to corporations participating in the Capital Pool Company (CPC) program from the initial listing of the CPC's to the completion of the qualifying transactions.
