Background

Lisa graduated from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 2004 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005. Prior to joining Owens, Wright LLP, Lisa articled and practiced with a national law firm.

Lisa's practice covers a broad range of corporate securities matters including corporate reorganizations, acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions for private and public companies. Lisa also advises and prepares applications on behalf of domestic advisors and dealers in respect of registration under provincial securities legislation
