Jim is a Partner with the firm. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in 1997 and an LL.B in 2000, and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in February, 2002.

Jim practices primarily in the areas of real estate lending, acquisitions and dispositions and commercial leasing. Jim has extensive experience acting for real estate lenders, borrowers, institutional property owners, developers, landlords and tenants. Prior to joining the firm, Jim was the Vice-President, Acquisitions & General Counsel for a large property development company in the retail petroleum industry.
