Background

Lisa completed her LL.B from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 2004 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005. Prior to joining Owens, Wright LLP, Lisa articled and practiced with a national law firm.

Lisa’s practice covers a broad range of corporate and securities law matters including acquisitions and reorganizations, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and acting for issuers in securities offerings.

Lisa also advises employees in employment related matters, including employment contracts, employee termination and employment standards.
